Every project has a place. Every next step is clear.

Take it for a spin

Keep the work moving.
Keep the noise down.

Great projects need a shared understanding. Give each one a home, with the details that matter and a clear path to done.

↗

A plan you can both follow.

Milestones, deadlines, and a visible next step. Your client knows what’s happening before they need to ask.

↳

Feedback with somewhere to live.

Keep comments beside the work they belong to. Find the latest decision without digging through a conversation.

✓

A proper moment of approval.

Turn “looks good” into a clear decision. See what’s approved and what still needs a second look.

A good client experience
is part of the work.

Share a project page that feels as considered as what you’re making. The next step is always right there.

Step into your client’s shoes

Try approving a milestone in the demo.

A few things

We’re starting small.
Here’s what’s ready to explore.

Who is TaskTuntas for?

Independent designers, developers, and small creative studios who want a thoughtful place to manage projects with their clients.

Can I try it without an account?

Yes. The interactive demo works without signing up. You can create sample projects, check off milestones, leave feedback, and switch to the client’s view.

Is this a live collaboration tool yet?

This is a frontend prototype. Changes stay in this browser. Accounts, private invitations, file uploads, and collaboration across devices are planned for the next stage.

What does “Tuntas” mean?

In Indonesian, “tuntas” means completed thoroughly. That’s the idea: a clear path from a new project to a proper finish.

What will it cost?

The demo is free to explore. The planned Starter tier includes two active projects. Paid plans and pricing will be shaped through early user feedback.

Make room for the work.

A work in progress.

TaskTuntas is an interactive frontend prototype. Sample people and projects are fictional. Your edits are saved in this browser’s local storage; nothing is sent to a server. There are no analytics, accounts, payments, or real client invitations in this version.

Please use sample information while exploring. You can reset the demo from Settings inside the workspace.
